Review content:
While the food is good for an Italian Resturant, we were displeased with the service and stuck up snootyness of the server and lack of professionalism. Yes we came in with our thirteen month old daughter (their website states that it's a ""family atmosphere"". We weren't greeted with a smile and overheard another patron and employee talk about having sex with a cow! Let me tell you it made me want to just dig into my steak stromboli all the more. But before my wife even had the chance to try a bite, our server was ready to offer dessert which translated to (you guys can take your baby and leave). We had a $25 gift card which was purchased at HalfpriceHarrisburg. We were told my Miss I forgot to introduce myself and smile that the Gift Certificate is only valid for their ""dinner"" menu. Nowhere does it express that on the certificate or website in which we purchased the certificate. They did honor it this time (the last time we will ever go there). Now it does say on their resturant. site it is for dinner only but we only found that out subsequent to the bad experience. Had we known, we would have perhaps saved it another time.\r
Bottom line of this diatribe, the food is undoubtedly good but the service is undoubtedly a poor excuse for the ""friendliness"" of Pickletown Dillsburg. We will not be going back there
Pros: Good Food
Cons: Bad Service
