I seldom shop in a jewelry store so I was a little uncertain what to ask to expect. J. F. Kruise was recommended to me by a friend. \r

I had a classring to sell, several worn wedding bands I was considering reworked into a new band, a family ring evaluated, and an old pocket watched cleaned and evaluated and new prongs put on my own ring as well. \r

I met several staff and had the owner/manager come over and welcome me. The first person I met, was helpful in the decision making about remaking the wedding band. I am very happy with what she suggested. She referred to others in the areas she wasn't as qualified for when it came to the watch and evaluating the stones on the family ring. the staff was very professional and friendly. I look forward to seeing my ring finished.\r
