Review content:
I hesitate to write this review because Brian's classes aren't crowded, yet.\r
I came to Exhale to try classes with the teachers I heard about and had done their DVDs. \r
Reality: too crowded, no personal touch, competitive and in all honesty, the big names are the reason to stay away from Exhale. There is one teacher who is such a ridiculous joke that I couldn't help but wondering what everyone was one, the class was sooooooo bad and everyone sat there basking in his chubby, lazy, self important glow. Doing the same stretch for an hour!!! Worst class ever bsides the stupid Yoga and U2 nonsense I tried one evening. (Some yoga practitioners truly need to retire.)\r
Then I tried Brian's Forrest yoga class and was hooked from day 1.I experienced healing and transformation on such a deep level that I've been raving to all my friends.\r
Brian is so intuitive, you know you are in good hand because you are working with a gifted healer. \r
Within 6 months of regular Forrest yoga and I had a strong, lovely body that I was proud of.\r
I love Brian's classes and he is the only reason I still go three times a week.\r
When Brian is out of town I attend Brad and Micheline's classes. They are both excellent teachers and lovely people. However no other class can compare to Brian's.\r
The only drawback is that Brian only teachers 3 days a week. I would love to attend class 5 days a week with him!!
