I had a consult with the receptionist and a stylist and was confirmed that they could turn me from black to blonde in one session and quoted me a price and was told the price would not exceed this amount. After almost 6 hours my hair was bright orange and nothing close to blonde and I had wished I had never come into the salon. When I went to leave in tears the receptionist tried to upcharge me by $200 and was not at all interested in the fact that I didnt get at all what I was promised not to mention she lied and wouldn't admit the original price she quoted me. The stylist backed me up and called her out and she just kept lying. To make things worse she got the owner who is her husband and he refused to listen to my side of the story and told me that I either pay the escalated price or he would call the police!! I have never in my life dealt with such irrational con artists and have never been treated with so much disrespect ever. I warn anyone going in there...the stylists seem to be good but be very aware of the owners. Get any quote in writing prior to your appointment, or better yet don't even deal with them! I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. ps I only gave one star because it made me give a rating.
