Owner Rick Brogan of Pizza Schmizza Pub & Grub you did not paid his subcontractors for the work they perform,more than $30,000.00 for 628 NE Broadway,in Portland Rick did not paid the cabinets and the bar,Granite counter top,hood installation, epoxy on the floor,all painting on cabinets and walls,plans made for city to approve the job,all finish work,plumbing,refrigeration for walk in cooler. you guy are a shame for our community, all those contractors work hard and you refuse to pay them.\r
