Review content:
I visit Shanghai Mong whenever I miss their Mapa tofu rice and lemon cream sauce dumpling. I know most of the customers only know about jjajangmyun or jjambbong which are Shanghai Mong's well-known main dishes. But I want to recommend you other menus like rice dishes or seafood/shrimp dishes because they are also really great. If you want some soup which is not spicy (and okay with seafood), Nurengi tang (scorched rice with seafood soup in hot pot) would be a good choice for you. It's tasteful and has a bunch of seafood! Feel healthy. For shrimp dishes, I love chili shrimp!!! so delicious! You can also enjoy lunch special under $10 which is a good deal in manhattan. Volume is huge and the taste is decent. Side dishes are very nice, staffs are caring and friendly. Tip: If you check-in, you can get free spring rolls! They open for 24 hours, so if your groups are lost in the middle of night in manhattan, go to Shanghai Mong and enjoy their late night special which starts from 9:30pm and lasts all night!
