5 stars only simply does not do Chef John Paulk and his incredible staff justice. John and his team were available on relatively short notice to cater a cocktail and appetizer party at my loft in the Pearl last week. The floor plan had it's challenges but John's plan for space utilization was ideal and enhanced the tone of conviviality of the party. Everyone is still raving about the the quality and variety of the abundant spread and could not have been more pleased with our ""specialty"" cocktails for the night, the bartending service and food service. John is creative, attentive to every detail, open minded, flexible, easy to work with, totally professional and lots of fun. I truly was a guest at my own party and will never do another get together - casual or formal - without John at my side.
Pros: Menu variety and quality, specialty drinks, attitude!
Cons: None I can think of!
