I brought my car in to have the transmission checked out and was assured I would be taken care of because I expressed to John that I did not have that much money in the car it was a 98 with over 170,000 miles. He called me back and stated the repair would be $700 fo labor and at the most $1,500 total. I said ok then he called back two days later and said it was going to be $2,298 and I said I didnt want to spend that Im going to pick up my car, at which time he said you are paying the $700 for the labor even though my car was not fixed. I refused and he charged my card the $700 and said he was going to keep my car and take me to court even though I didnt authorize any work or charges. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!
