I wish that I had read some of the reviews on the other sites before having dave work on my computer. First time he came out he forgot a disc that he needed so he had to come back the next day (didn't show up until very late) and spent an hour fussing with the pc before he said that he needed to bring back to the shop and would have it back the next day. The next day went by with unreturned phone calls. He finally brought it back two days later, however when i hooked everything up I still had a virus. So I paid him $120 and my pc is still not fixed. I called to explain the problem and he said I'll take care of it and would be by the next day before 11am, I spent the entire day waiting with no phone calls and finally I took it to another compute store to have it fixed. So far I've spent $120 and wasted over a week with this loser. I took my pc to ""EON Technologies in Alameda and they are familar with computer dave and they took $60 off because of him. So, if your pc is sick, take it to EON and mention computer dave is a loser and they'll take $60. off.
