I have seen some of the other reviews and what is funny is that no one talks about if they got better? So is taking care of your health suppose to be like a trip to McDonald's? ""Let's make it quick, and do not bother me with any questions ---------- or medical protocols or procedures."" The staff is efficient and knows my name. They care about me even though I am probably the 50th person they have dealt with by the time they have answered all the phone calls and dealt with all of the patients. All of the medical providers spend time with me and truly seem to want to help me with my chronic health issues - instead of a quick fix that lasts about as long as my waiting room visit. No, not every visit is done in under 30 minutes - but do I really want that? NO!!!! I want a medical provider (whether it is a doctor or nurse practitioner) to listen to me and provide great medical care that will help me live my life to the fullest - that is what I get at Hope Family Medicine. They give me ""hope"" that I will feel better and have someone to turn to that will listen if I have a problem. Pros: Listens and worth the wait
