I contacted Todd's Chem Dry to clean my carpets after receiving a good coupon. The worker's arrived REAKING of cigarettes and coned me into spending double what was estimated on additional treatments. I also had them work on a urine stain. They sprayed my furniture with the liquid solution and did not wipe it down or notify me. My carpets look the same and the urine stain smells worse. This place it a TOTAL rip-off!! I called customer service and all they would do was come back in 5 days and I'd possible have to spend additional money....ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? So, please DO NOT use this company unless you want to throw your money away. I read all the reviews and thought perhaps they improved over time...THEY DIDN'T!!!!
