Bowden performs a very quick appraisal (10 minutes onsite). Unfortunately, during this time, the appraiser didn't notice the correct number of rooms, square footage, house design, window type, garage type, built-in appliances, custom features, age of the house, etc. Their database also was incorrect as compared to HCAD's information.\r
