If you are looking for a gym where everyone knows your name; Nick and Tracey Janowitz up and coming fitness center Patriot Boxing & Fitness Systems in Elmhurst off Rt 83 is the place for you. In January of 2010 I went searching for a new fitness club and surprisingly found so much more. \r
\r
It's intimidating walking into any fitness club let alone a BOXING/KICKBOXING club but from the first moment I stepped through the door the owners Nick and Tracey made me feel comfortable and welcomed. It was NOTHING like your typical big name gyms that want your Credit Card information just to talk to you and then hound you daily until you join. They were confident that if I came to the gym and put in the effort that I would want to continue coming and they were right. NO SPAM, NO HOUNDING just old fashion confidence in their great service. \r
\r
Also, I wasn't looking to become a chick boxer or fighter and I'm still not. I was just looking for a place I can get a great workout that wasn't boring. A place where I can be active and be challenged. A place where I didn't dread going. Patriot is that place. It's a place for everyone in any shape. You don't have to be fit to walk through the doors nor do you have to have any boxing or kickboxing experience. \r
\r
Patriot Offers: \r
* GREAT workouts with different variety. (Boxing, Kickboxing, Strength Training, Sparring, all age classes, kids programs, women's classes, etc) \r
* Friendly Atmosphere (I and others are greeted by name each time I walk through the door, the personalization is amazing) \r
* Professional trainers/instructors (Several different trainers throughout the week. Nick, Scott, Greg, Dave- they all offer something unique to their class) \r
* No hassle memberships (different options, NO need to make a year commitment if you don't want. Pay monthly, yearly, punch card, you have the power to choose) \r
* Awesome members (of course I'm bias because I'm a member) \r
* Reasonable prices (I googled and called and researched other types of boxing and kickboxing courses/classes and by far Patriot is the best bang for your buck) \r
\r
It's hard to fine good people running a good business that sincerely want you to enjoy yourself and be successful with your personal goals. It's so rare and I am thankful that I found Patriot Boxing. \r
