chuck, at cj's went above and beyone what was required to perfect my car, spedning hours of unpaid time trying to diagnose my water leak so that i would feel at ease. He also treated me with the utmost respect, which by comparison with other body shops, was unusual as i am a woman and was treated disrespectfully by others. He cares about perfection in his work, and it shows in what is now my beautiful car. (Not that i didnt love my car before, bu tnow it is a showpiece.) He is honest and personalbe and will do whatever he can do make things right, if any problem crops up. i shopped many other body shops before choosing cj's and was give incorrect info and the rush job, aslo treated condescendingly as a woman. Chuck is willing to work with anyone and make them feel they are the most important client, irregardless of gender.
