Review content:
Desert Wide wants nothing but to charge you for everything that goes wrong on the property being leased. After following all rules this company will find a reason to charge full price for whatever the problem is. The owner of the home said he agrees but he just doesn't have time to manage it himself because he too is charged quite a bit of money. I cleaned the house military style and they charged me a cleaning fee. So far I haven't received my security deposit but I have been told I will pay for cleaning. This was very dishardening since I left the house cleaner than it was when I moved in. I just knew I would have my entire deposit returned. I know now I will pay for cleaning. The walk through inspector said the house was move in ready but that wasn't good enough for DWP. I never had one late payment because I chose electronic payments. I will pray for everyone that make contact with these thieves, they only play by their rules and even if you do nothing wrong...you will be charged. Blood sucking thieves!!!!!!!! They don;t deserve a one star trust me when I tell you this!
