I have owned 4 other spas over the last 20 years and this is the best! I don't have to use Chlorine anymore!\r
The Neck Jets, Foot Jets and Back Jets massaged all the right Places. Being a Doctor I see patients that suffer from lack of sleep, Stress, chronic diseases and depression.\r
All of these things can be helped with most spas, but the Master was defintely the best after trying out the latest spas in Orange County...Before I bought I was encouraged by Mike to try his Master Spa vs. any brand. I did. I must say I was impressed. It had better power. It was quiet. The water smelled better. He told me that they have a ECOPUR water filter system that uses minerals instead of alot of chemicals...I have enjoyed the spa for almost a year and everything has been great. I have referred 11 patients and friends over the past year and they have all been very happy...He also showed me that they won the ""Take the Spa Challenge"" where hundreds of consumers wet tested spas and gave their comments and rated all products. 92% of people chose Master Spas. He also showed me that they won Consumers Digest BEST BUY, They had the highest Quality rating of any spa company at SpaSearch magazine. \r

We did have one service call. There was a wire in the pack that vibrated out when shipped. But they came out the same day. I think they have great service...
Pros: Great Therapy, Awesome Power and Easy to take care of...
Cons: I had one service call right after delivery...
