I moved into a house not knowing anything about spas so I called the Master Store and they were very helpful. I didn't want a spa. I asked what they would give me for it. They said why don't you try it for a few months and you probably will want to keep it. So I did and I love it! The neck and foot jets are wonderful. It's much better than a bathtub spa. If you are not sure you want one wet test one and you will be hooked. I'm a teacher and it's great knowing that no matter how stressful the day is I can relax in my spa later that night.
Pros: The spa is pretty, powerful jets and the people at Master
Cons: None...It came with my new house
