Review content:
Went there on a Sunday around 2pm and had a large party (12). We were told our party would have to be split into 2 ok fine however we still waited for an hour while the unorganized hostess tried to figure out the best place to seat us. Then when we finally get seated we cannot talk with the other group?and they still tacked on gratuity even though they split our party, we were all separate checks and were not able to talk during our time there.
Now as for the service it was horrible our waitress didn?t come to the table for 10 minutes after we were seated and then when she finally shows up she only wanted to take the drink order. Once we got our drinks we didn?t see her again until the food came out and when we began asking for refills and napkins as the toddler we had at the table spilled their drink she got snippy with us telling us to wait and ask for everything when all the food is out. Once she finally refilled drinks and brought napkins didn?t see her again until the check arrived.
Now for the bus staff and payment, once she took our checks and payments they began clearing the table which was fine we wanted to get out of there as much as they wanted us to leave. However it took 10 more minutes for her to process our payments at which time they tried to seat another party at our table and actually asked us to leave. At that point we began to become rude and sternly said when we get our checks back we will leave. But that?s not all folks when she came back she didn?t bring the change back for the person who paid with cash?that?s right she tried to keep the change as a tip even though it was tacked on and she was the worst waitress I have ever encountered. When asked about it she was totally taken aback and actually asked how much the change should have been instead of going back and looking at the check.
