I am having the same issue with this company as the other review writers. My 1968 Chevelle was damaged by their client (SKAT Trucking) while transporting it cross country. Not only was Saundra Ruotolo one of the rudest people I have dealt with over the phone, she asked me to falsify documents. I think this was done with the intent of denying my claim after I fell for their BS. The State Controller's Office is who to contact with complaints regarding insurance agents. I plan to contact them shortly.\r

I hope you do not have to deal with her or anyone else at their company and if you do, a lawyer may be the best way to go. At the very least, fully document everything and stay on them...they do always pick up the phone when you call.
