Businiess name:  Flip Miller Band
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
The band does feature some good musicians, but they rarely play a song to its completion. Usually they start off with a nice ballad, then after one chorus they pick up the tempo with another shortened version of another song. This pattern continues until they finally hit a fever pitch in their little medley with some outdated rock and roll song, leaving dancers on the floor wondering what the heck happened. I would rate this band much, much higher if they allowed slow dancers, or folks wanting to dance faster the option as to whether they want to take the floor or not. I would suggest to Flip that they stick to one song at a time and let their fine players (girl singer) strut their stuff by playing at least three choruses of that song and let the dancers enjoy the dance tempo they started out with.
