Take my advice and do not deal with these people. After putting down a substantial deposit on new granite countertops and several rescheduled installation dates, we are still waiting for our countertops to be installed. I took a day off work to be home so I could remove our old countertops, sink, and cooktop so their guys could come make a template of our countertop areas. After waiting until around noon and had not heard anything from them, my wife called and found out at that our template appointment had been moved to the next day. To make matters worse, the best estimate of when they could arrive would be between 9 and 1. WTF?? They did finally show up the next day around 1, but so far I am up to 16 hours of vacation time that I have burned.\r \r They twice rescheduled our installation date telling us that the granite slab had not arrived yet, but after calling the granite supplier we found out that Cameo had not sent the email requesting the slab until the date of the install. Cameo told us that they had actually called and ordered it over the phone on Monday with our install date being on Thursday, but when we called to see what time to expect them on Thursday the person we spoke to said that the granite was not in yet so our date would have to be pushed to Friday. Sounds kind of fishy to me that they supposedly called to order it the same day we called to check on it. After talking to them and trying to get an explantion, we were told it reeally wasn't ordered until the Tuesday before the install. Now how could they order it from Knoxville on a Tuesday, expect it to be deleivered, and then be able to cut and prep it to be installed on Thursday??? So far I have wasted 40 hours of my vacation waiting on them to do their job, and still no countertops in my house. Pros: Close Cons: Lied to me, won't return phone calls, rescheduled appointments, wasted time..........
