Review content:
We purchased a sectional sofa/love seat from Leather Creations in 2008 and we have thoroughly enjoyed our furniture. We did have a problem with it and I contacted Mavis a couple of weeks ago. Last week, John Mark (?) called us and scheduled a service visit for Friday. A very nice gentleman, Jose, arrived exactly at 11AM during an 11 AM - 1 PM window. He introduced himself, came inside and diagnosed the problem. He asked me if they could repair the furniture in our home, while I waited, and I was happy to wait. \r
During the next 2 hours, I watched and listened as Jose and his associate repaired our furniture as he explained each step. I took photographs and even a short video because I was so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and ability. When they finished, I felt as though we were the most important customer that Leather Creations had and the fact that all of that expert service was completely FREE made the experience all the more remarkable.\r
