I have had cupcake cakes made by the owner Claudia before and they were perfect. I actually had the baby stroller and rattle made for my baby shower that you see on the website, which were perfect. Irecently went in to order to very simple cakes a nurse hat and a graduation cap. The nurse hat came out good and the graduation hat was very poor. All she basically did was put some cupcakes together that didnt even begin to resemble a graduation cap and then attempted to draw one using outlines, which were not straight at all and just not right. She then wrote on the cake in print and it looked as if a small child wrote it. I was very dissappointed and felt like it was a rush job. I then called the next day to express this to CLAUDIA the owner and she told me , ""it is what it is,"" then claimed the graduation hat took longer and she spent more time on it than the nurse hat, I expressed that this was impossible because it looked thrown together and the nurse hat looked perfect so there was no way that graduation hat took more time. I also sent a friend to have something as simple as a cupcake heart shaped cake made which she also made for me before and that was a disaster the icing was soft and the cake was falling apart.\r
BOTTOM LINE: I think Claudia has taken on too much with these additional stores and cannot deliver. Maybe she needs to think about closing some of them especially if the quality of her work will continue to decrease. SHE APPARENTLY DID NOT ATTEND ANY BUSINESS SCHOLL BECAUSE SHE DIDNT OFFER ME ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE TOLD ME IT IS WHAT IT IS!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!\r
BY THE WAY I GRADUATED FROM TULANE UNIVERSITY AB FREEMAN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND MAYBE SHE SHOULD THINK ABOUT ATTENDING TO NO HOW TO HANDLE HER BUSINESS AND CUSTOMERS!!!!
