Review content:
We are a small subdivision in NW Houston and we had C-Link repair and add to a surveillance system for us. They replaced 5 cameras as well as the DVR system and remote website. They were reasonably priced and on time with their work.
The problems began when the cameras started failing about 5 months later. They agreed to replace the two that went out first under warranty. Now however a third has failed and another foggy. After repeated attempts to contact them for over a month we have gotten no response.
One of the worst things a company can do is flat out ignore their customers. It's something I can't stand. Just be careful with this company.
