Review content:
I feel bad about the bride's experience with Nicole, but I don't think its fair to judge an entire spa on one employee, you wouldn't rate a restaurant based on your experience with one waiter afterall. I've never had my nails done by Nicole, I've always booked with Stacy-she's the best. She's always on time, prompt, and professional, yet friendly and welcoming. And if you are wondering-NO, I don't work for the salon!! Stacy has been doing my nails (both hands and feet) for years. Her manicures usually last about a week, and pedicures about 3-4 weeks. Compared with some lesser price salons that I've tried which usually last only a day or two. The nail area is small and quaint-not large and steril. The pedi room is private and soothing-tucked away from the hussel and bussel of the other salon activities. This definately is not the place to go if you want a cheap, quick and impersonal mani or pedi, but is definately the place to go for a relaxing experience. I would (and do) recommend Stacy at the salon to my family and friends!! Oh, and for the record, I've never, in all the times I've been there heard any employee gossip. Pros: Outstanding Quality, Punctual Cons: A little expensive
