First I want to say how funny I think it is how Kings Realty has rated themselves in this board with 5 stars in an effort to up their rank. Just goes to show you the kind of people we are dealing with here. They didn't reply to an existing complaint, they opened a new one and awarded themselves 5 stars (twice!)
I am a homeowner who unfortunately hired them for their property management expertise. They sent me a completely bogus bill for over $3000 for repairs. Changed all the light bulbs, fixed things that were not broken.
They never answer questions, provide receipts, or contact you before they make decisions about spending thousands of your hard earned dollars. My house was practically brand new.
They did not contact me at all about when I might receive a rent payment after a full month and a half. I paid over $400 to clean all the carpets and even the grout right before I left (and it barely needed cleaning). They hired someone else to do it again and charged me.
They hired someone to trim my trees, but I already have a gardener doing that! So I paid for it twice?? The list goes on. When I got the receipt for repairs, they had repaired items that I didn't even have. They charged me $150 to ""fix"" a sliding screen door, when I never even had one to begin with!!!
The vendors they deal with are not licensed, registered in Hills county and will not even provide receipts!
My contract with them clearly states that they are to notify me first if any repairs exceed $250. Last time I checked $3000 is way over that. They are also supposed to give me the option to chose my own repair man.
