I have to admit, as a home owner using Kings Realty for their services, I too had several bad experiences dealing with the manager named ""Leib Vosmak"". I was notified via email by this same idiot back in May of 2011 that he was terminated from the company and he had the nerve to try to solicit me (via email) to go to the new company he went to work for. NOT a chance in hell would I ver deal with him again. \r
I did though contact Kings in early June to discuss my past (not so pleasant) issues with him and I was treated with nothing but respect and apologies of Leib's behavior were given to me and the new manager seemed to really go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and give them a chance to make it up to me.\r
I can honestly say, that everyone in that office has treated me great ever since and gone above and beyond to make me happy. If anyone on here ever had a bad experience with leib Vosmak in the past, I strongly suggest you contact them and give them a chance to rectify the issues with you, like they did for me. Overall, i am very happy with their services to date.\r
PS: I was informed that the jerk Vitaly ""Leib"" Vosmak went to work for a Tampa property management company called ""Home Encounters"". So be weary, if you ever get a solicting email or call from him.
