Review content:
Pity the poor dogs and cats who end up in the Montcalm County Animal Shelter. The adoption rate is almost non existent, animals are suffocated in a CO2 barrel instead of being given a humane lethal injection. Dogs and cats are given to a class b dealer in exchange for him hauling carcasses. This is not a shelter. It is nothing more than a holding tank. The animals wait to be put into the barrel or for a worse fate...which is to end up being used for experimentation. This practice has been going on for over 30 years and the County Commissioners are the ones who sign a contract to allow the animals to suffer. Shame on you Montcalm County Commissioners. It is time to make some big positive changes.
Pros: There is no where to go but up.
Cons: Animals go to research or are suffocated in a barrel filled with CO2.
