Review content:
Kay furniture is NOT selling furniture for the customer, they only care about the money NOT the customer. This is not the place to go. They are only interested in GOING out of business.. We bought a new living room set, to find out we got the floor model with a bad cushion and no recorse basically SOL. We also bought a floor lamp that was brought out and set up broken, we were told to Jimmie it up to keep it from bumping the end table. They did take the broken lamp back, but not the $ 2,500 set we bought in good faith. It was also false advertising that so n so was retiring ~ ya right they knew they were going out of business. Who will stand behind the high dollar warranty we bought... What. A sad way to end your career. Wish we had NEVER walked through their doors.
