This place is absolutely ridiculous. After the front of my car was damaged I brought it to Brooks because AAA recommended it. BAD idea. I got the car back later than they told me I'd be getting it back and when I did there were more things wrong with the car than when I had taken it in. My car was vibrating violently and my air conditioning, car alarm, and cd player were all not working. \r
In addition to that my car smelled like cat urine, which I believe happened because the window was left down (as I saw) and a cat decided to urine in it. I took the car back 4 times and EACH time the owner tried to tell me to take it somewhere else. Let someone else fix it. After the fourth time I gave up and to this day the car isn't properly fixed. I filled out a formal complaint against this place to AAA.
Pros: Seemed to have decent knowledge
Cons: Absolutely awful service. Did not fix car. ""Let someone else do it"" attitude.
