It started off to be a great experience--- The sales guys at the start of the line are great!! Adam helped us and he knew what we needed and was very nice!!Up until I got up to check-out to pay my balance. The lady at the front desk was rude and very unproffesional.To beat all she was very confrontational. They would have recieved one star until I asked to speak with the owner and he made up for it. He was very kind and he said he was sorry, so I gave his rating a boost ---to three stars average.It could have been a great experience had it not been for the rude toothless lady at the front desk!! The car ended up looking good.
Pros: quick service, fairly priced, wonderful owner
Cons: rude checkout!!
