Went there to buy a Juke in October 2010. I'm no ""car person"", and I knew more about the car than the sales staff. They were happy enough to take my $2000 deposit, and then leave me hanging..... indefinitely. First it was ""a couple of days to 2 weeks"". No car. Then a promise of 4-6 weeks. No car. At 8 weeks out, I was being told maybe January, but no commitment. I wasn't looking for anything custom - just factory vehicle with available factory option package. I was able to locate the vehicle I wanted at other dealers , but it was always ""too far away"" or ""we don't do dealer trades on weekends""...... in other words, we have your deposit and now you're now low priority. When the car is being produced in ENGLAND, how is anything in the Northeast, or the whole country, ""too far away""? I would have been willing to pay an extra destination charge, but I guess that was more trouble than they wanted to bother with. They were happy to wait until a matching vehicle fell into their laps at their convenience. Who knows when that would have been. With the internet and a phone call, I found the car I wanted sitting in the lot at Kingston Nissan - and STILL , I got excuses why they wouldn't make immediate arrangements to get it for me. I drove to Kingston that day and bought the car. To their credit, they returned my deposit promptly and without argument, but I would never go back there. In my experience, they were dishonest and lazy. They need a major lesson in customer service.
