Review content:
Classic example of a successful business in a small town that attracts customers from far away because they treat every customer like family. Every employee we had contact with was polite and professional. My wife was especially impressed that even the craziest idea she had was never dismissed and she was treated with respect. \r

Our local Honda dealer gave us a run around for over 6 months when we experienced wet carpet after it rained. It wasn't easy but Franks eventually found an almost invisible crack in the windshield. They verified it was a problem before doing any work and didn't charge us for all the time it took to rule out other possibilities. They even used some kind of machine to help remove the lingering wet smell at no charge.\r

Since that experience we've continued to do business with Frank & Son's and everyone we've recommended to has been satisfied with their work. I'm guessing you can't stay in business that long in a small town without being good.\r
