The management team of Villages of Homeland West is nothing but a puppet for one man that owns 38 properties here. Jack "" just give me my rent check "" Millard and his 38 votes on all community matters have Brodie shaking in their shoes. If Brodie takes any actions against Jack ""your rent check cleared so everything is peachy keen"" Millard, he and his 38 votes might be enough to vote Brodie out come contract renewal time So any complaint filed against a tenant of one of his rats nests that he calls ""condos"" gets dragged out months and months. ( A complaint I filed in August of 2011 HAS YET to be resolved!! )
If you're one of those obnoxous little bastards from Loyola College who is thinking about renting here in your Senior year, just make sure that you rent from Jack ""the puppetmaster"" Millard...........you'll be able to raise holy hell around here and you will NEVER get in any trouble!!
