Review content:
Purchased a gift card for someone's birthday, they never sent it. Called and talked to the manager and she re-issued the gift card which took over a week to get and they were to cancel the first card. They ended up sending both cards out (the original one took 3 weeks to get to the recipient for her birthday) and then they ended up charging my charge card twice. Everything was at my inconvience as well. Also had a bad experience with one of the stylists, very cold and impatient. Will not go back there.
