I moved into a little duplex from a loft downtown and I was freaked out about seeing any insects at all so I purchased this service in Feb. 09. I stupidly signed a year contract thinking this would be the solution to my problems - but apparently their idea of ""treatment"" is to just put bait down in PLACES IN OPEN VIEW...like next to my CHAMPAGNE GLASSES and on my bathroom floor...etc. They came for 2 scheduled service appts and I had them come out to re-treat my back yard because my dog came in covered in fire ant bites. \r

A week or so after the THIRD treatment in the back yard, I noticed that the back yard was still full of ants & my dog was still miserable. I called to cancel due to my dissatisfaction with paying over $510 for them to not accomplish anything and decided to take matters into my own hands. They still charged me $125 + tax(?) for a CANCELLATION fee!! They never performed their side of the contract - and I communicated this to them - but they said that without having a supervisor come to assess the problem - they would have to still charge the fee. I said that there is no problem now since I already had fogged and treated the back yard on my own and had seen better results than after any of their visits. Do not be stupid and use this company - go to the hardware store and do treat your own home. You will be richer for it. \r
