Review content:
I have had pizza in more than half of the United States and in about 5 other countries, including Italy! But I have never had one as good as Cowtown Pizza's White Chicken Caesar Pizza. Most pizza shops have never heard of white pizza and look at you like you have two heads if you ask. Those who do offer it usually just have a bland lifeless pie. \r

But Cowtown does it right. Good white pizza can be fantastic and theirs is. They use 100% extra virgin olive oil and plenty of garlic and oregano. And I don't know what it is about their cheese, according to the menu Grande provolone, but it is incredible! This alone would make a great pie but they put a unique twist on it with the addition of chicken breast, feta cheese, and Caesar salad, on top of the pizza. I never would have thought to put these flavors together but I'm glad Cowtown did. I have made it my Saturday night ritual.
Pros: Great flavor combinations, delivery, friendly service
