Review content:
My visit changed my life. I went to Public with two of my best friends, walked in without a reservation, wanting to sit in a relaxing area where we could talk business... without any attitude the hostess offered us this cozy room, inside of Public. I was truly impressed! The lighting is low and the music is at the right volume. The menu is not a typical appetizer/entree one but is divided into plate size, which was perfect since we wanted to share everything. We opted to have the wine guy in the bow-tie choose pairings for us... bingo. Perfect choices. I've been to many places where the wine guy just want to make a sale but not here! the guy wants to know what you usually like and you leave the rest up to him. It's so much easier than struggling with indecisive friends like mine. The menu does not have desserts but you can get them from the Public menu. The food comes in stages and sometimes we thought it took a little too long but in the end it's so good it is totally worth it. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. Pros: best wine bars in town
