Review content:
I have frequented this boutique on several occasions and it has always been quite good. However, my last trip to Nespresso was very disappointing. I'm not quite sure what it was... the economic slowdown, cut in staff numbers, dramatic cut in staff quality... The ""hostess"" was incredibly rude and seemed more interested in chatting with her co-workers than helping customers. Not to mention the physical attractiveness of the hostess and some staff have quite obviously been ""downgraded"". I requested a table and she nodded her head without taking down my name. We waited until 1, then 2, then 3 tables cleared and then asked her again if the tables were ready. She replied with a "" oh, you wanted a table... sure go ahead..."" \r
If they wish to serve high-end coffee in an upscale boutique, they need to scale the level of service to the same. The management there needs to get a reality check. Turning off your regular customers might not be such a good strategy in this economy... or any economy for that matter.
Pros: Coffee
Cons: Service has really gone downhill.....
