I heard about this restaurant from a friend that really enjoyed it and all he told me was that the food was really good, so I figured if I was ever around the area and remembered the place I'd stop by to try the food. A few weeks later my wife and I were in the area and both of us were really hungry, luckily we remembered the place. When we got there I chuckled at the pink exterior of the place and told my wife ""This place has got to be good because it sure looks different"", we weren't disappointed at all. When we first walked in my first thought was it's a small place, but looks really nice. The wife of the owner 'Tammie' was cashing out someone and I figured when she was done she'd seat us. When she looked up and saw us she called to the manager 'Deboris' to come and seat us so we wouldn't have to wait for her to finish with her customer. When he got to us he told us to follow him to be seated, he was very friendly and showed an excellent personality. \r

Long story short: Delicious food, Excellent atmosphere and even better service. George is the owner and is well deserving of compliment after compliment. My wife and I are already talking about taking our family and friends there for future visits. \r

If you're ever downtown and are looking for somewhere to eat, I recommend ""The Chef's house""!!!
Pros: Delicious food, excellent atmosphere, friendly staff
Cons: Needs more space, with a place this good they'll need it.
