Review content:
One severe winter my home developed an ice dam that created water damage in my formal dinning room. I contacted my insurance company for my first and only claim since my home was built new in 1995. They recommended Bob Covington to do the work. First order of business was to remove the heavy build-up of snow and ice on my roof.
I left my work to check on there progress. To my disbelief my roof was covered with Mexican workers equipped with shovel's shoveling up hill against my shingles. By then it was to late the damage had already been done. I called Bob after the snow melted to complain. A man removed one of my shingles to match the color and to replace the broken and damaged shingles. One week later they called and stated no luck matching the color and we LOST your sample shingle from the center of you roof. Now my shingles are just blowing off in the wind. Mainly because his employees had no concept of snow removal. When I called Bob again to explain about this problem he hung up on me. My insurance company no longer refers this company or uses him as a contractor.
