I bought my white leather sectional through the catalog inside the store on early November and told the manager that I'm willing to pay the prize ($2,475) if they will deliver it within 2 weeks or before ThanksGiving (I was moving to my new house and needed the sofa for entertaining/ to seat my guests) they said ""its coming, its coming"". Then here comes December, still no sofa. I had to rent a few chairs because of them and I was very embarassed.\r \r Product warranty ($150)---- the only reason why I got the warranty was because the manager told me that its perfect for me since I have a Dog and Kids that if any damages made by pets for any reason, the Guardian Product Company will cover it . Well, my dog sratched it yesterday so I called Guardian, now they are saying they dont cover any pet related damages.\r Im planning of going back to that store and demand for my money I paid for the warranty or have them fix the scratch!!!!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrr!!!!
