Staff here is rude. They lie. Are unhelpful. Will not even bend over to check to see if your reserved music is available. When you are in line to check out the staff asks if other people are ahead of you and totally disregard your time at the register. They do not listen to what you say. I have found out it is better to visit the Davis store where people are at least educated and care about the customers. Overall the sunrise store is not a place to stop and shop. Don't waste your hard earned money here!
Pros: Good store with nice selection.
