Review content:
this is in regards to the negative review above. The appraisal has nothing to do with the realtor, in most situations the buyer or the mortgage company will set up the appraisal. You have more than just the realtor involved in purchacing a home so this person needs to right a review on the appraisal company. As for what they wrote about not getting the ernest money back it was probably used to pay for the appraisal and i realy realy doubt it appraised for 30000 less. Come on so this person is trying to say they where about to pay 30,000 more for a house than what its worth. Why would the realtor try to mess up a sell. It sounds to me like this persons house fell through because he had bad credit and is still living with his parents to this day.\r
Mea weeks is the best in the business, there is not a nicer and more honest person in the business. I would refer her to anyone buying or selling.
Pros: There is not enough space to wright all the good thing about this realtor.
