I've been going to the Original Clam Tavern for about 4 years, at the recommendation of our neighbors in Drexel Hill. I'm so glad they made that recommendation! As a picky seafood eater, with a husband who loves seafood, I have been hard-pressed to find a place that serves good portions, at a good price and that has FRESH Seafood. Well, this place does it right!\r

I would recommend almost anything on the menu, however, i usually go with the mussels or calamari to share then the Fried flounder platter. These have always been great! My husband usually likes the Mahi Mahi or Tilapia and they too never disappoint. The wait staff has always been nice and efficient to us, and the plus is that the owner always comes around to the tables to see how people are doing. On top of that, the place is clean! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for decent seafood!
