If its Henry then he is GREAT. HE is 5 stars.
If its the others that are now running the place, be prepared to pay more than you ever did with Henry. Be prepared to deal with a bratty groomer who will cut you off if you exchange with her, and will not listen to anything but her own thinking.
Today I was tested just to far - I am sure I looked like a jerk but no matter, every step of the way I was pushed. What was always a matter of course, and 34-45 Dollars max, was $65 with an attitude.
I am finished here. After many many years. Look Henry is a GREAT man, loves his work,, takes care with the animals, and is continuing his work with the city so he is not going to be there as much. I think its going to loose its family touch. For me, today was about the worst I ever felt or got in any business dealing there.. but I admit the cut was BEAUTIFUL!~
