Businiess name:  Trading Closet

Review content:
Employees at trading closets are very rude. I was trying to return name brand clothes and the lady was very rude when informing me she wouldnt take any of my clothes due to out of season/style. She talks down to you and makes you feel like your clothes are nasty, even when perfectly up to date. (I later sold them on E-Bay for a good amount money). I would never try to hand in clothes there again.\r If you are looking for clothes its better to go to the new goodwill in brockport, they are way cheaper for brand names, and the same quality as stinky trading closets.\r they need to get some better trained employees to work there that have human decency. Pros: brand names Cons: Customer service, employees worn out items
