I've moved around quite a bit between NY and LA and decided this location would be ideal when I'm in NYC.
The ladies on-staff are nice, but I believe they did not stress enough when I signed on that I would be CHARGED $1 per day (starting on the day they receive it!) for packages.
So ask yourself, why do they charge an additional $1 - starting from the day they sign for the package - if you are already paying upfront for the mail box / package receiving monthly?
Why the extra storage fee? It was a small box! I was told that ""size did not matter"" - the fee is for anything they have to sign for.
I can understand charging a storage fee if its' been there for X days and you are now taking up room and not picking it up, but to charge from DAY 1 of receipt???
Not happy, am seeking another mailbox receiving company.
