Derek makes the environment easy going and fun. He dedicates time and puts in the effort to make you feel comfortable and make your hair look fabulous. The shampoo and head massage is to die for... They're so good you'll long for another. Seriously, I almost fell asleep, they are that good!
If Derek needed a grade for his overall services I'd without a doubt I'd give him an A+! He's a stellar stylist whose very upfront & honest, he wont tell you something looks good if it looks anything short of fabulous.
