My experience was not good! They didn't mention about 4 hours of fasting when i got the appointment on the phone and also when i was in the office and had drink (Barium Sulfate Suspention). After 40 min, I learn that I had to fast! Then they rescheduled my appointment and gave the drink with me...So I had one drink for nothing!!!! Before drinking the liquid for the 2nd app, I wanted to double check with them and called them and they said doctor was not going to be in the office on that day and they had to reschedule my appointment!!! I asked why they didn't call me earlier for that and i got this info when i called them to confirm everything was OK! They mentioned that they left a msg but they didn't leave a VM neither my cell nor My husband's cell phone!!! Then 2nd time they rescheduled it , and they didn't let me know earlier for rescheduling!!! it was rescheduled at 1pm on Friday, and again before having the drink I gave them a call and they said, doctor is coming at 2pm so one more changes without notification!!!!!! Definitely something is wrong with their management!!!!!!!!
